Welcome to the virtual nurse at Northeastern University Hospital. My blog is about researchers from Northeastern creating a virtual nurse to handle all patients’ needs . In addition, the nurse would discuss small talk such as weather or sports.
The hospital stated that user were more likely to schedule follow up visits and preferred the virtual nurse over real people. The knowledge base of the virtual agent also informed patients more effectively about the issues and concern.
