I created a make up blog for the one I was missing. This blog describes the Duqu malware similiar to Stuxnet.
Duqu was by Symantec as malware that gathers intelligence from computerized industrial control systems. It doesn't do damage, but rather spies on them to gather information relevant to making future attacks.
"Symantec researchers wrote that Duqu has circulated for 10 months and is "essentially the precursor to a future Stuxnet-like attack," but with the target unknown."
The code was discovered in Europe by an undisclosed research team and given to Symantec for analysis. Symantec says its researchers have found Duqu on computers "around the globe."

OmniTouch
http://www.technologyreview.com/computing/38933/page1/
For week three, I looked at OmniTouch. This is where any surface can be trnsformed into a touch screeen.
Similar to Microsoft Kinect game system, OmniTouch uses a miniature projector and an infrared depth camera to create a designed to interface with mobile devices such as smart phones, that you where on your shoulder. The system uses the depth information provided by the camera to build a 3-D model of the environment to become the screen. The system rebuilds the model dynamically as the user or the surface moves. As quoted by the article: OmniTouch "figures out what's in front you and fits everything on to it."

Pushing the Limits of Touch Screens
http://www.technologyreview.com/computing/38349/
This article discussed how Michael Knuepfel is taking the regular touch screen and making enhancements to it to become more interactive. Knuepfel, from New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program, created devices to enable the screens to recognize more parts of a user's touches.
He ehances touch screens by detecting the way a user's finger pattern changes through the electrical charge on the screen.
He also uses pulse, lighting and styling thru different additional products.
